Suite Living Senior Care Inc in Little Canada, MN, is seeking compassionate caregivers (CNA/HHA/PCA/RA/NAR) to provide person-centered care to residents in assisted living and memory care settings.

You will assist with daily living activities, support mobility, help with medications (training provided), and engage residents in activities while maintaining safety and dignity. Weekend shifts required for all PT/FT staff.

Qualifications

• 6 months of caregiving experience preferred in assisted living or memory care.
• CNA certification preferred but not required; medication administration training provided.
• CPR/First Aid knowledge preferred; ability to pass medications after training.

Responsabilités

About the Role:

We are looking for Caregivers (CNA, HHA, PCA, RA, or NAR) who are passionate about helping others and thrive in a person-centered care environment. Whether you're experienced or newly certified, if you have a heart for seniors, we want to meet you!

You’ll work directly with our residents to provide personalized care and support that makes every day a little brighter.

What We're Looking For:

• Minimum 6 months of caregiving experience (in Assisted Living/Memory Care preferred)

• CNA Certification preferred, but not required

• Ability to pass medications (we'll train you!)

• CPR/First Aid knowledge preferred

• Must be at least 18 years old

• A team player with excellent communication, empathy, and reliability

• PM Shift (2PM-10PM) Availability

All shifts (PT & FT) must be available to work every other weekend
