Job summary

Suite Living Senior Care in Eden Prairie, MN is seeking caring, dedicated and compassionate caregivers (CNA, HHA, PCA, RA, or NAR) to provide person-centered care to residents in Assisted Living and Memory Care settings.

You'll assist with daily living activities, support mobility, and help with medications (training provided). The role includes light housekeeping, meal assistance, and meaningful resident engagement, with PM shifts and occasional weekend work.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of caregiving experience (Assisted Living/Memory Care preferred)
• CNA Certification preferred
• Ability to pass medications (training provided)
• CPR/First Aid knowledge preferred
• Must be at least 18 years old

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting)
• Support mobility and transfers within the facility
• Help with medication administration (training provided)
• Engage residents in meaningful activities and conversation
• Light housekeeping and meal assistance
• Monitor and report changes in condition to leadership team
• Respond quickly and calmly in emergency situations

About the Role:

We are looking for Caregivers (CNA, HHA, PCA, RA, or NAR) who are passionate about helping others and thrive in a person-centered care environment. Whether you're experienced or newly certified, if you have a heart for seniors, we want to meet you!

• PM Shift (2PM-10PM) Availability

All shifts (PT & FT) must be available to work every other weekend
