Job summary

Suite Living Senior Care Inc in Little Canada, MN is seeking Caring, Dedicated, and Compassionate Caregivers to join our Assisted Living and Memory Care team. We value empathy, reliability, and teamwork as we support seniors with daily living and meaningful activities.

Positions include CNA, HHA, PCA, RA, or NAR roles with opportunities for training and growth; NOC shifts available, including weekends. All shifts require a positive, patient-first approach to aging with dignity.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months caregiving experience (Assisted Living/Memory Care preferred).
• CNA Certification preferred, but not required.
• Ability to pass medications (training provided).
• CPR/First Aid knowledge preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting).
• Support mobility and transfers within the facility.
• Help with medication administration (training provided).
• Engage residents in meaningful activities and conversation.
• Light housekeeping and meal assistance.
• Monitor and report changes in condition to leadership team.
• Respond quickly and calmly in emergency situations.

About the Role:

We are looking for Caregivers (CNA, HHA, PCA, RA, or NAR) who are passionate about helping others and thrive in a person-centered care environment. Whether you're experienced or newly certified, if you have a heart for seniors, we want to meet you!

You'll work directly with our residents to provide personalized care and support that makes every day a little brighter.

• NOC Shift (10PM-6AM) Part-Time Availability

All shifts (PT & FT) must be available to work every other weekend
