Job summary

Suite Living Senior Care in Roseville, MN is hiring compassionate caregivers (CNA, HHA, PCA, RA, or NAR) to provide person-centered care to residents in our assisted living and memory care communities. You will assist with daily living activities, support mobility, help with medications (training provided), and engage residents in meaningful activities.

Flexible PT/FT shifts, including every other weekend, are available.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months caregiving experience (Assisted Living/Memory Care preferred).
• CNA certification preferred, but not required.
• Ability to pass medications (training provided).
• CPR/First Aid knowledge preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Team player with strong communication, empathy and reliability.
• PM shift (2PM–10PM) availability.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting).
• Support mobility and transfers within the facility.
• Help with medication administration (training provided).
• Engage residents in meaningful activities and conversation.
• Light housekeeping and meal assistance.
• Monitor and report changes in condition to leadership team.
• Respond quickly and calmly in emergency situations.

About the Role:

You'll work directly with our residents to provide personalized care and support that makes every day a little brighter.
