Job summary

Suite Living Senior Care Inc. is seeking Caring, Dedicated caregivers (CNA, HHA, PCA, RA, or NAR) to join our Little Canada community in Minnesota.

You will provide personalized care to residents, supporting daily living needs and meaningful activities in a person-centered environment. We offer onboarding training at our Arden Hills training center, ongoing leadership support, and a schedule including PM shifts (2PM-10PM); all shifts may require working every other weekend.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of caregiving experience (Assisted Living/Memory Care preferred).
• CNA certification preferred but not required.
• Ability to pass medications (training provided).
• CPR/First Aid knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting).
• Support mobility and transfers within the facility.
• Engage residents in meaningful activities and conversation.
• Light housekeeping and meal assistance.
• Monitor and report changes in condition to leadership team.
• Respond quickly and calmly in emergency situations.

About The Role

We are looking for Caregivers (CNA, HHA, PCA, RA, or NAR) who are passionate about helping others and thrive in a person-centered care environment. Whether you're experienced or newly certified, if you have a heart for seniors, we want to meet you!

You’ll work directly with our residents to provide personalized care and support that makes every day a little brighter.

What You’ll Do

• Help with medication administration (training provided)
• Engage residents in meaningful activities and conversation
• Light housekeeping and meal assistance
• Monitor and report changes in condition to leadership team
• Respond quickly and calmly in emergency situations

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 6 months of caregiving experience (in Assisted Living/Memory Care preferred)
• CNA Certification preferred, but not required
• Ability to pass medications (we’ll train you!)
• CPR/First Aid knowledge preferred
• Must be at least 18 years old
• A team player with excellent communication, empathy, and reliability
• PM Shift (2PM-10PM) Availability

All shifts (PT & FT) must be available to work every other weekend
