Job summary

Suite Living Senior Care Inc in Maple Grove, MN is seeking Caring, Dedicated and Compassionate Caregivers for our assisted living and memory care communities. Join a team focused on person-centered care and meaningful resident interaction at our intimate 32-unit communities.

We welcome both experienced caregivers and those newly certified, offering training and ongoing leadership support. All shifts, including weekends, provide opportunities to make a real difference in seniors' lives.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of caregiving experience, especially in Assisted Living or Memory Care.
• CNA certification preferred but not required.
• Ability to pass medications with training provided.
• CPR/First Aid knowledge preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Team player with strong communication, empathy, and reliability.
• PM Shift (2PM-10PM) availability.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting).
• Support mobility and transfers within the facility.
• Help with medication administration (training provided).
• Engage residents in meaningful activities and conversation.
• Light housekeeping and meal assistance.
• Monitor and report changes in condition to leadership team.
• Respond quickly and calmly in emergency situations.

About the Role:

We are looking for Caregivers (CNA, HHA, PCA, RA, or NAR) who are passionate about helping others and thrive in a person-centered care environment. Whether you're experienced or newly certified, if you have a heart for seniors, we want to meet you!

You'll work directly with our residents to provide personalized care and support that makes every day a little brighter.
