Job summary

Suite Living Senior Care Inc. in Shakopee, MN is seeking caring and compassionate caregivers to join our assisted living and memory care teams. We welcome CNAs, HHAs, PCAs, RAs, or NARs who are passionate about seniors and resident-centered care.

We offer on-the-job training, flexible shifts (AM availability), and a supportive leadership team committed to growth and teamwork in a 32-unit community.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of caregiving experience (in Assisted Living/Memory Care preferred).
• CNA Certification preferred, but not required.
• Ability to pass medications (we'll train you!).
• CPR/First Aid knowledge preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• A team player with excellent communication, empathy, and reliability.
• AM Shift (6AM-2PM) Availability.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting).
• Support mobility and transfers within the facility.
• Help with medication administration (training provided).
• Engage residents in meaningful activities and conversation.
• Light housekeeping and meal assistance.
• Monitor and report changes in condition to leadership team.
• Respond quickly and calmly in emergency situations.

About The Role
