Suite Living Senior Care Inc. in Inver Grove Heights, MN is seeking caregivers (CNA/HHA/PCA/RA/NAR) to deliver person-centered care to residents in Assisted Living and Memory Care communities.

Join our compassionate team for afternoon shifts (2PM–10PM) on a part-time basis, with opportunities to work every other weekend. Training is provided to support medication administration and resident well‑being.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 6 months caregiving experience in Assisted Living/Memory Care.
• CNA certification preferred but not required.
• Ability to pass medications (training provided).
• CPR/First Aid knowledge preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Team player with excellent communication and reliability.

• Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting).
• Support mobility and transfers within the facility.
• Help with medication administration (training provided).
• Engage residents in meaningful activities and conversation.
• Light housekeeping and meal assistance.
• Monitor and report changes in condition to leadership team.
• Respond quickly and calmly in emergency situations.

About the Role:

You'll work directly with our residents to provide personalized care and support that makes every day a little brighter.
