Job summary

Suite Living Senior Care Inc in Minnesota is seeking caring caregivers (CNA, HHA, RA, or NAR) to join our team, delivering person-centered care to residents in our Assisted Living and Memory Care communities.

You’ll work the PM shift (2pm–10pm), provide daily living support, help with mobility and medications, engage residents in activities, and join a supportive leadership team committed to growth and kindness.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of caregiving experience (in Assisted Living/Memory Care preferred).
• CNA Certification preferred, but not required.
• Ability to pass medications (we'll train you!).
• CPR/First Aid knowledge preferred
• Must be at least 18 years old
• A team player with excellent communication, empathy, and reliability
• PM Shift (2pm-10pm)

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting)
• Support mobility and transfers within the facility
• Help with medication administration (training provided)
• Engage residents in meaningful activities and conversation
• Light housekeeping and meal assistance
• Monitor and report changes in condition to leadership team
• Respond quickly and calmly in emergency situations

About The Role
