Job summary

Suite Living Senior Care Inc. in Inver Grove Heights, MN is seeking caring CNAs, HHAs, PCAs, RAs, or NARs to provide person-centered care to our senior residents. You will work directly with residents to deliver personalized support and enhance daily life in our Assisted Living and Memory Care communities.

We welcome both experienced caregivers and those newly certified. Training is provided, and we value empathy, reliability, and teamwork in our compassionate team.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months caregiving experience (in Assisted Living/Memory Care preferred).
• CNA Certification preferred, but not required.
• Ability to pass medications (we'll train you!).
• CPR/First Aid knowledge preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• A team player with excellent communication, empathy, and reliability.
• AM Shift (6AM-2PM) Availability.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting).
• Support mobility and transfers within the facility.
• Help with medication administration (training provided).
• Engage residents in meaningful activities and conversation.
• Light housekeeping and meal assistance.
• Monitor and report changes in condition to leadership team.
• Respond quickly and calmly in emergency situations.

About the Role:
