Job summary

Suite Living Senior Care Inc in Rosemount, MN is seeking Caring, Dedicated, and Compassionate Caregivers (CNA, HHA, RA, or NAR) to provide person-centered care for seniors in Assisted Living and Memory Care communities.

You’ll support daily living activities, mobility, and mealtime assistance; medication administration training is provided; you’ll engage residents in meaningful activities and monitor changes with leadership.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months caregiving experience (Assisted Living/Memory Care preferred).
• CNA certification preferred but not required.
• Ability to pass medications (training provided).
• CPR/First Aid knowledge preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Excellent communication, empathy, and reliability; team player.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting).
• Support mobility and transfers within the facility.
• Help with medication administration (training provided).
• Engage residents in meaningful activities and conversation.
• Light housekeeping and meal assistance.
• Monitor and report changes in condition to leadership team.
• Respond quickly and calmly in emergency situations.

About the Role:
