Job summary

Suite Living Senior Care Inc in Rosemount, MN is seeking Caring, Dedicated, and Compassionate Caregivers (CNA, HHA, RA, or NAR) to support seniors in Assisted Living and Memory Care. Starting roles include a $1,000 sign-on bonus for full-time hires, with training provided and ongoing leadership support to help you grow.

You will assist residents with daily living, support mobility, manage medications with training, and participate in activities that brighten each day.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of caregiving experience (in Assisted Living/Memory Care preferred).
• CNA Certification preferred, but not required.
• Ability to pass medications (training provided).

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting).
• Support mobility and transfers within the facility.
• Help with medication administration (training provided).
• Engage residents in meaningful activities and conversation.
• Light housekeeping and meal assistance.
• Monitor and report changes in condition to leadership team.
• Respond quickly and calmly in emergency situations.

About The Role

We are looking for Caregivers (CNA, HHA, RA, or NAR) who are passionate about helping others and thrive in a person-centered care environment. Whether you're experienced or newly certified, if you have a heart for seniors, we want to meet you!

You’ll work directly with our residents to provide personalized care and support that makes every day a little brighter.

What You’ll Do

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 6 months of caregiving experience (in Assisted Living/Memory Care preferred)
• CNA Certification preferred, but not required
• Ability to pass medications (we’ll train you!)
• CPR/First Aid knowledge preferred
• Must be at least 18 years old
• A team player with excellent communication, empathy, and reliability
• PM Shift (2PM-10PM) Availability

All shifts (PT & FT) must be available to work every other weekend
