Job summary

Suite Living Senior Care Inc. in Forest Lake, MN is seeking compassionate caregivers to join our assisted living and memory care team. You’ll provide personalized care to residents, support daily living activities, and contribute to a warm, home-like atmosphere.

We welcome CNAs, HHAs, PCAs, RAs, or NARs with a heart for seniors. Training is provided, and shifts include mornings, with weekend rotations. Become part of a team that values kindness, collaboration, and resident-centered care.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months caregiving experience (in Assisted Living/Memory Care preferred).
• CNA Certification preferred, but not required.
• CPR/First Aid knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting).
• Support mobility and transfers within the facility.
• Help with medication administration (training provided).
• Engage residents in meaningful activities and conversation.
• Light housekeeping and meal assistance.
• Monitor and report changes in condition to leadership team.
• Respond quickly and calmly in emergency situations.

About the Role:

We are looking for Caregivers (CNA, HHA, PCA, RA, or NAR) who are passionate about helping others and thrive in a person-centered care environment. Whether you're experienced or newly certified, if you have a heart for seniors, we want to meet you!

You'll work directly with our residents to provide personalized care and support that makes every day a little brighter.

What You'll Do:

• Must be at least 18 years old
• A team player with excellent communication, empathy, and reliability
• AM Shift (6AM-2PM)

All shifts (PT & FT) must be available to work every other weekend
