Job summary

Suite Living Senior Care in Vadnais Heights is seeking compassionate caregivers to support seniors in Assisted Living and Memory Care. You’ll work directly with residents, providing personalized care and daily living assistance, with a focus on dignity and comfort.

We value empathy, reliability, and strong communication. Roles include PM shifts (2PM-10PM) and ensure weekend availability; CNA training is available if needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of caregiving experience (in Assisted Living/Memory Care preferred).
• CNA Certification preferred, but not required.
• Ability to pass medications (we’ll train you!).
• CPR/First Aid knowledge preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• A team player with excellent communication, empathy, and reliability.
• PM Shift (2PM-10PM) Availability.
• All shifts (PT & FT) must be available to work every other weekend.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting).
• Support mobility and transfers within the facility.
• Help with medication administration (training provided).
• Engage residents in meaningful activities and conversation.
• Light housekeeping and meal assistance.
• Monitor and report changes in condition to leadership team.
• Respond quickly and calmly in emergency situations.

About the Role:
