Job summary

Suite Living Senior Care in Prior Lake, MN, is seeking compassionate CNAs, HHAs, PCAs, RAs, or NARs to join our assisted living and memory care team. You will provide person-centered care, support daily activities, and help residents feel safe and valued in a warm setting.

We welcome both experienced caregivers and those newly certified. Training is provided, and you’ll join a supportive leadership team dedicated to growth and quality of life for residents.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of caregiving experience (preferred in Assisted Living/Memory Care).
• CNA Certification preferred, but not required.
• Ability to pass medications (training provided).
• CPR/First Aid knowledge preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting).
• Support mobility and transfers within the facility.
• Help with medication administration (training provided).
• Engage residents in meaningful activities and conversation.
• Light housekeeping and meal assistance.
• Monitor and report changes in condition to leadership team.
• Respond quickly and calmly in emergency situations.

About the Role:

We are looking for Caregivers (CNA, HHA, PCA, RA, or NAR) who are passionate about helping others and thrive in a person-centered care environment. Whether you're experienced or newly certified, if you have a heart for seniors, we want to meet you!

You'll work directly with our residents to provide personalized care and support that makes every day a little brighter.

What You'll Do:
