Job summary

Suite Living Senior Care in Rosemount, MN, is seeking caring caregivers (CNA/HHA/RA/NAR) to join our memory care and assisted living team. You’ll provide person-centered care, assist with daily activities, and support residents to feel safe and valued.

We offer a $1000 sign-on bonus for full-time hires, paid onboarding, and a supportive, growth-minded culture where teamwork and compassion are valued every day.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months caregiving experience in Assisted Living or Memory Care.
• CNA certification preferred but not required.
• Ability to pass medications after training.
• CPR/First Aid knowledge preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Strong communication, empathy and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting).
• Support mobility and transfers within the facility.
• Help with medication administration (training provided).
• Engage residents in meaningful activities and conversation.
• Light housekeeping and meal assistance.
• Monitor and report changes in condition to leadership.
• Respond quickly and calmly in emergencies.

About the Role:

We are looking for Caregivers (CNA, HHA, RA, or NAR) who are passionate about helping others and thrive in a person-centered care environment. Whether you’re experienced or newly certified, if you have a heart for seniors, we want to meet you!

You’ll work directly with our residents to provide personalized care and support that makes every day a little brighter.

• Ability to pass medications (we’ll train you!)
• CPR/First Aid knowledge preferred
• Must be at least 18 years old
• A team player with excellent communication, empathy, and reliability
• PM Shift (2PM-10PM) Availability

All shifts (PT & FT) must be available to work every other weekend
