Job summary

Suite Living Senior Care in Eagan, MN is seeking caring caregivers (CNA, HHA, RA, or NAR) to provide person-centered care and support to residents in Assisted Living and Memory Care. You will assist with daily living activities, mobility, medications training, meaningful activities, light housekeeping, and report changes to the leadership team; PM shift 2pm-10pm.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months caregiving experience (in Assisted Living/Memory Care preferred).
• CNA Certification preferred, but not required.
• Ability to pass medications (training provided).
• CPR/First Aid knowledge preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• A team player with excellent communication, empathy, and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting).
• Support mobility and transfers within the facility.
• Help with medication administration (training provided).
• Engage residents in meaningful activities and conversation.
• Light housekeeping and meal assistance.
• Monitor and report changes in condition to leadership team.
• Respond quickly and calmly in emergency situations.

You'll work directly with our residents to provide personalized care and support that makes every day a little brighter.

PM Shift- 2pm-10pm
