Job summary

Suite Living Senior Care in Eagan, MN is seeking caring, dedicated caregivers to join our Assisted Living and Memory Care communities. If you have a heart for seniors, we want to meet you! You will provide personalized support to residents and help create a warm, home-like atmosphere.

We value empathy, reliability, and teamwork. Training is provided, including medication assistance and safety protocols. All shifts (PT & FT) with every other weekend are available, including a 10pm–6am NOC shift.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of caregiving experience in Assisted Living/Memory Care.
• CNA Certification preferred, but not required.
• Ability to pass medications (training provided).
• CPR/First Aid knowledge preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• A team player with excellent communication, empathy, and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting).
• Support mobility and transfers within the facility.
• Help with medication administration (training provided).
• Engage residents in meaningful activities and conversation.
• Light housekeeping and meal assistance.
• Monitor and report changes in condition to leadership team.
• Respond quickly and calmly in emergency situations.

About the Role:

We are looking for Caregivers (CNA, HHA, PCA, RA, or NAR) who are passionate about helping others and thrive in a person-centered care environment. Whether you're experienced or newly certified, if you have a heart for seniors, we want to meet you!

You'll work directly with our residents to provide personalized care and support that makes every day a little brighter.
