Job summary

Suite Living Senior Care in Eagan, MN seeks caring caregivers to join our compassionate team. We provide Assisted Living and Memory Care in intimate, 32-unit communities and offer onboarding, ongoing support, and a culture of kindness and growth.

Expect 6am-2pm shifts with weekend availability, plus paid training and advancement opportunities. We value empathy, reliability, and strong communication as we help residents stay independent and safe in a person-centered environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months caregiving experience in Assisted Living or Memory Care.
• CNA Certification preferred, but not required.
• Ability to pass medications (training provided).
• CPR/First Aid knowledge preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting).
• Support mobility and transfers within the facility.
• Help with medication administration (training provided).
• Engage residents in meaningful activities and conversation.
• Light housekeeping and meal assistance.
• Monitor and report changes in condition to leadership team.
• Respond quickly and calmly in emergency situations.

About the Role:

We are looking for Caregivers (CNA, HHA, PCA, RA, or NAR) who are passionate about helping others and thrive in a person-centered care environment. Whether you're experienced or newly certified, if you have a heart for seniors, we want to meet you!

You'll work directly with our residents to provide personalized care and support that makes every day a little brighter.

• AM Shift (6am-2pm)

All shifts (PT & FT) must be available to work every other weekend
