Job summary

Suite Living Senior Care in Eagan, MN is seeking Caregivers (CNA, HHA, RA, or NAR) who are passionate about helping seniors in a person-centered environment. You'll work directly with residents to provide personalized care and support, making each day brighter.

We offer onboarding training, ongoing leadership support, and a benefits package including medical and dental plans, PTO, life insurance, and a 401(k) with company match. Shift: PM 2pm-10pm.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of caregiving experience (assisted living/memory care preferred).
• CNA certification preferred but not required.
• Ability to pass medications (training provided).
• CPR/First Aid knowledge preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting).
• Support mobility and transfers within the facility.
• Help with medication administration (training provided).
• Engage residents in meaningful activities and conversation.
• Light housekeeping and meal assistance.
• Monitor changes in condition and report to leadership.
• Respond quickly and calmly in emergencies.

PM Shift- 2pm-10pm

What We're Looking For:

• Minimum 6 months of caregiving experience (in Assisted Living/Memory Care preferred)
• CNA Certification preferred, but not required
• Ability to pass medications (we'll train you!)
• CPR/First Aid knowledge preferred
• Must be at least 18 years old
• A team player with excellent communication, empathy, and reliability
• PM Shift (2pm-10pm)

All shifts (PT & FT) must be available to work every other weekend
