Westmont of Encinitas is seeking a compassionate and committed CAREGIVER for the PM shift in our assisted living and memory care community. The role includes assisting residents with daily living activities, helping with meals, and maintaining a safe, clean environment.

Formación

• Compassionate, committed caregiver attitude required.
• Experience with seniors preferred but training provided.
• Ability to assist with daily living activities and personal care.

Responsabilidades

• Assist residents with ADL tasks including housekeeping, making beds, and serving meals.
• Monitor safety and report changes to supervisor.
• Ensure a clean, safe environment for all residents.

What we need from you:

• Assisting residents with ADL tasks including housekeeping tasks, making beds, serving meals,

  • assisting with personal laundry, assisting with showers, assisting with toileting, dressing,

  • undressing, oral care, hair care, transfers and ambulation and any other needs addressed on the resident service plan.

• Keeping environment safe and clean for all residents.

• Observing residents for safety, and report any change of condition or other pertinent

information to supervisor

• Must have criminal record clearance prior to initial presence in the community

• Must pass all health screen such as Physical, TB, Drug test

• Must have current basic first aid or obtain within first 30 days of hire.
