Westmont Living, Inc. is seeking a compassionate CAREGIVER-Memory Care for Sunday-Monday AM and Friday-Saturday PM shifts at Westmont of Escondido. You will assist residents with daily living activities, meals, and mobility in a memory care environment.

The role emphasizes safety, thorough observation, and teamwork within an assisted living community that values training, benefits after probation, and resident-centered care.

Qualifications

• Must have criminal record clearance prior to initial presence in the community.
• Must pass all health screens such as Physical, TB, Drug test.
• Must have current basic first aid or obtain within first 30 days of hire.

Responsabilités

• Assisting residents with ADL tasks including housekeeping tasks, making beds, serving meals.
• Assisting with personal laundry, assisting with showers, assisting with toileting, dressing, undressing, oral care, hair care, transfers and ambulation per resident service plan.
• Keeping environment safe and clean for all residents.
• Observing residents for safety, and report any change of condition or other pertinent information to supervisor.

What we need from you:

• Assisting residents with ADL tasks including housekeeping tasks, making beds, serving meals,
  • assisting with personal laundry, assisting with showers, assisting with toileting, dressing,
  • undressing, oral care, hair care, transfers and ambulation and any other needs addressed on the resident service plan.
• Keeping environment safe and clean for all residents.
• Observing residents for safety, and report any change of condition or other pertinent
