Westmont Living, Inc. in Encinitas, California, is seeking a compassionate CAREGIVER for the PM shift to assist residents with daily living activities in a memory care and assisted living environment.

Responsibilities include helping residents with ADLs, meals, mobility, ensuring safety, and reporting any changes to supervisors; the role offers competitive pay, benefits after waiting period, and opportunities for training and growth.

Formación

• Experience providing daily living assistance with dignity and respect.
• Ability to observe resident condition and respond appropriately.
• Strong communication with residents, families, and team.

What we need from you:

• Assisting residents with ADL tasks including housekeeping tasks, making beds, serving meals,
  • assisting with personal laundry, assisting with showers, assisting with toileting, dressing,
  • undressing, oral care, hair care, transfers and ambulation and any other needs addressed on the resident service plan.
• Keeping environment safe and clean for all residents.
• Observing residents for safety, and report any change of condition or other pertinent information to supervisor

• Must have criminal record clearance prior to initial presence in the community.
• Must pass all health screen such as Physical, TB, Drug test.
• Must have current basic first aid or obtain within first 30 days of hire.
