Job summary

Your Home Assistant is seeking caring professionals to join our in-home care team as Caregiver/Personal Assistant. You will provide personalized, hands-on support tailored to each client’s needs, assisting with daily living activities, medication reminders, mobility, meal planning, and transportation.

We offer weekly pay, flexible day/night/overnight shifts, overtime, mileage reimbursement, paid training, growth opportunities, and a supportive leadership team.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in caregiving, healthcare, hospitality, or in-home support.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to work independently in a one-on-one setting.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights and/or weekends.
• Commitment to enforcing health and safety standards.
• Ability to perform essential job functions with or without accommodation.
• A genuine passion for helping others.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs): bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding.
• Medication reminders.
• Mobility assistance in-home and for appointments.
• Meal planning and preparation.
• Light housekeeping.
• Grocery shopping and errands.
• Transportation to appointments, school pickups, and outings.
• Providing parental support and respite care.
• Observing and reporting changes in condition.
• Responding responsibly in urgent or emergency situations.
