Job summary

Your Home Assistant, LLC in Stockton, CA is seeking compassionate caregivers for in-home support. Roles include one-on-one care for families, seniors, and individuals recovering from surgery, with flexible day, night, and weekend shifts and growth opportunities.

Caregivers will provide ADL support, medication reminders, mobility assistance, meal prep, light housekeeping, and transportation. We value reliability, empathy, and a genuine desire to help others in a respectful, home-based setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in caregiving, healthcare, hospitality, or in-home support (preferred).
• High School Diploma or equivalent (if stated)
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (if required).
• Ability to work independently in a one-on-one setting.

Responsibilities

• Providing personalized, hands-on support tailored to each client’s needs.
• Assisting with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs): bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, feeding.
• Medication reminders and mobility assistance (in-home and appointments).
• Meal planning and preparation; light housekeeping; grocery shopping and errands.
• Transportation for appointments and activities; parental support and respite care.
• Observing and reporting changes in condition; responding to emergencies.

Pay: $16.90 – $21.00 per hour

What You’ll Do

• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights and/or weekends
