Job summary

Your Home Assistant, LLC is seeking compassionate Caregiver/Personal Assistants to support clients in their homes. Full-time and part-time positions across day, night, weekend shifts with weekly pay and growth opportunities.

You'll perform ADLs, provide medication reminders, assist mobility, plan meals, do light housekeeping, run errands, and help with transportation. Training is paid and development is encouraged.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in caregiving, healthcare, hospitality, or in-home support.
• Ability to work independently in a one-on-one setting.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
• Commitment to health and safety standards.
• Genuine passion for helping others.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs): bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding
• Medication reminders
• Mobility assistance (in-home and appointments)
• Meal planning and preparation
• Light housekeeping
• Grocery shopping and errands
• Transportation (appointments, school pick-up/drop-off, outings)
• Providing parental support and respite care
• Observing and reporting changes in condition

What You’ll Do

• High School Diploma or equivalent


• Valid driver’s license and reliable daily transportation


• Ability to work independently in a one-on-one setting


• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights and/or weekends


• Commitment to enforcing health and safety standards


• Ability to perform essential job functions with or without accommodation
