Job summary

Your Home Assistant is seeking caring individuals to join our team as Caregiver/Personal Assistant, delivering one-on-one support in clients’ homes and helping with daily living needs. You’ll assist with ADLs, mobility, meals, light housekeeping, medication reminders, and transportation to keep clients independent and safe.

We offer weekly pay, flexible day/evening/weekend shifts, paid hands-on training, mileage reimbursement, and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in caregiving, healthcare, hospitality, or in-home support (preferred).
• High School Diploma or equivalent required or preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to work independently in a one-on-one setting.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights and/or weekends.
• Commitment to enforcing health and safety standards.
• Ability to perform essential job functions with or without accommodation.
• A genuine passion for helping others.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs): bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding.
• Medication reminders.
• Mobility assistance in-home and for appointments.
• Meal planning and preparation.
