Job summary

Your Home Assistant in Oakland, CA is hiring caregivers to provide one-on-one in-home support for families, seniors, and individuals recovering from surgery or illness. Earn $16.90–$21.00 per hour with convenient weekly pay and opportunities for growth.

Positions available Full-Time and Part-Time across day, night, overnight, and weekend shifts. Requires compassionate, dependable individuals with at least 1 year of caregiving experience and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in caregiving, healthcare, hospitality, or in-home support.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation; ability to work independently in a one-on-one setting.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts including nights and weekends; commitment to safety standards.

Responsibilities

• As a Caregiver/Personal Assistant, provide personalized, hands-on support tailored to each client’s needs.
• Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, feeding.
• Provide medication reminders, mobility assistance, meal planning and preparation.
• Perform light housekeeping, grocery shopping, and errands; transport to appointments.
• Offer parental support and respite care; observe and report changes in condition.

What You’ll Do

As a Caregiver/Personal Assistant, you will provide personalized, hands-on support tailored to each client’s needs. Responsibilities may include:

• Assisting with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs): bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding
