Your Home Assistant, LLC is seeking compassionate caregivers to provide personalized, one-on-one support in clients' homes. The role emphasizes safety, reliability, and quality care for families, seniors, and individuals recovering from surgery or illness.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in caregiving, healthcare, hospitality, or in-home support (preferred).
• Valid driver’s license and reliable daily transportation.
• Ability to work independently in a one-on-one setting.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights and/or weekends.
• Commitment to enforcing health and safety standards.
• Ability to perform essential job functions with or without accommodation.
• A genuine passion for helping others.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs): bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding
• Medication reminders
• Mobility assistance (in-home and appointments)
• Meal planning and preparation
• Light housekeeping
• Grocery shopping and errands
• Transportation (appointments, school pick-up/drop-off, outings)
• Providing parental support and respite care
• Observing and reporting changes in condition
• Responding responsibly in urgent or emergency situations
