Job summary

Your Home Assistant is hiring caregivers to provide personalized, in-home support for families, seniors, and individuals recovering from surgery or illness. You will work one-on-one with clients in their homes, delivering compassionate care and ensuring safety and comfort.

We offer flexible day, night, overnight, and weekend shifts with weekly pay, mileage reimbursement, and paid training. Join a supportive team that values growth, development, and work-life balance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in caregiving, healthcare, hospitality, or in-home support (preferred)
• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Ability to work independently in a one-on-one setting
• Willingness to work flexible shifts including nights and weekends
• Commitment to health and safety standards
• Ability to perform essential job functions with or without accommodation
• Genuine passion for helping others

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, feeding)

What You’ll Do

As a Caregiver/Personal Assistant, you will provide personalized, hands-on support tailored to each client’s needs. Responsibilities may include:

• Assisting with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs): bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding

• Medication reminders

• Mobility assistance (in-home and appointments)

• Meal planning and preparation

• Light housekeeping

• Grocery shopping and errands

• Transportation (appointments, school pick-up/drop-off, outings)

• Providing parental support and respite care

• Observing and reporting changes in condition
