Job summary

Your Home Assistant is seeking caring individuals to join our in‑home team in California. You will provide personalized, hands‑on support to clients in their own homes, helping with daily living activities and basic health reminders.

Qualifications

• 1+ year experience in caregiving, healthcare, hospitality, or in‑home support (preferred)
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license and reliable daily transportation

Responsibilities

• Assisting with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs): bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding
• Medication reminders
• Mobility assistance (in‑home and appointments)
• Meal planning and preparation
• Light housekeeping
• Grocery shopping and errands
• Transportation (appointments, school pick‑up/drop‑off, outings)
• Providing parental support and respite care
• Observing and reporting changes in condition
• Responding responsibly in urgent or emergency situations

What You’ll Do

• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights and/or weekends

• Commitment to enforcing health and safety standards
