Job summary

At Peace Healthcare Agency is hiring compassionate Caregivers / Personal Care Assistants (PCAs) to join our growing team. You will provide one-on-one, non-medical care, companionship, and daily living support in clients' homes, helping maintain dignity and independence.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of personal care experience preferred.
• Proof of current TB testing required.
• Must be physically able to perform the essential duties of the position.
• Must have reliable transportation; if transporting clients, a valid driver's license and auto insurance may be required.

Responsibilities

• Provide non-medical personal care and companionship per the care plan.
• Assist with bathing, grooming, ADLs, dressing, and incontinence care.
• Prepare meals, light housekeeping, laundry, and maintain a safe home.
• Offer mobility assistance and assist with transfers per care plan.
• Provide medication reminders and assist with transportation to appointments.
• Support independence by encouraging client participation in daily activities.
