Job summary

Suite Living Senior Care Inc in Crystal, MN is seeking Caring, Dedicated, and Compassionate Caregivers (CNA, HHA, PCA, RA, or NAR) to join our Assisted Living and Memory Care teams, providing person-centered care to residents. You'll work with residents daily—assisting with ADLs, mobility, medication support (training provided), light housekeeping, and meaningful activities.

We offer paid training, AM/PM/NOC shifts, and benefits including medical, dental, PTO, life insurance, and a 401(k) match.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of caregiving experience in Assisted Living/Memory Care preferred.
• CNA Certification preferred, but not required.
• Ability to pass medications (training provided).
• CPR/First Aid knowledge preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting)
• Support mobility and transfers within the facility
• Help with medication administration (training provided)
• Engage residents in meaningful activities and conversation
• Light housekeeping and meal assistance
• Monitor and report changes in condition to leadership
• Respond quickly and calmly in emergency situations

About the Role:

You'll work directly with our residents to provide personalized care and support that makes every day a little brighter.
