Suite Living Senior Care Inc. in Minnesota is seeking caring and dedicated caregivers to join our assisted living and memory care teams. We value heart for seniors and supporting a person-centered approach across our 32-unit communities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of caregiving experience in Assisted Living/Memory Care.
• CNA certification preferred but not required.
• Ability to pass medications with training provided.
• CPR/First Aid knowledge preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Strong communication, empathy and reliability; team player.

Responsibilities

• Assist activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting).
• Support mobility and transfers within the facility.
• Help with medication administration (training provided).
• Engage residents in meaningful activities and conversation.
• Light housekeeping and meal assistance.
• Monitor and report changes in condition to leadership.
• Respond quickly and calmly in emergency situations.

About The Role

We are looking for Caregivers (CNA, HHA, PCA, RA, or NAR) who are passionate about helping others and thrive in a person-centered care environment. Whether you're experienced or newly certified, if you have a heart for seniors, we want to meet you!

What You'll Do

What We're Looking For

• AM, PM, and NOC Shift Availability

All shifts (PT & FT) must be available to work every other weekend
