Job summary

AmeriBest Home Care, LLC in Philadelphia is seeking an Onboarding Specialist to manage the caregiver onboarding process, collect employment paperwork, maintain records, and monitor compliance for licensing and credentialing of all associates.

You will conduct background screenings (state police, child abuse, OIG), collect and verify credentials, and input information into HHAeXchange and ADP, coordinating with internal teams to keep start dates on track.

Qualifications

• High school Diploma required.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Proficient computer skills and ability to navigate HR software.

Responsibilities

• Oversee caregiver onboarding process and collect employment paperwork.
• Conduct background screenings (state police, child abuse, OIG) and verify credentials.
• Input data into HR systems (HHAeXchange, ADP) and maintain records.
• Coordinate with internal departments to communicate onboarding status.
• Follow up with applicants to ensure receipt of required credentials.
• Assist onboarding training classes and deliver packets as needed.
• Ensure ongoing compliance with licensing and credentialing requirements.
