Job summary

Suite Living Senior Care in Prior Lake, MN is seeking Caring, Dedicated, and Compassionate Caregivers (CNA/HHA/PCA/RA/NAR) to join our team. You will work directly with residents to provide personalized care, support daily living activities, and help create a warm, person-centered environment.

We offer paid onboarding training at our Arden Hills center, ongoing leadership support, and a range of benefits. AM shift availability starts at 6AM, with both PT and FT schedules including every other

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of caregiving experience (Assisted Living/Memory Care preferred).
• CNA certification preferred, but not required.
• Ability to pass medications (training provided).
• CPR/First Aid knowledge preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Team player with excellent communication, empathy, and reliability.
• AM Shift (6AM-2PM) availability.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting).
• Support mobility and transfers within the facility.
• Help with medication administration (training provided).
• Engage residents in meaningful activities and conversation.
• Light housekeeping and meal assistance.

About The Role

We are looking for Caregivers (CNA, HHA, PCA, RA, or NAR) who are passionate about helping others and thrive in a person-centered care environment. Whether you're experienced or newly certified, if you have a heart for seniors, we want to meet you!

You'll work directly with our residents to provide personalized care and support that makes every day a little brighter.

What You'll Do

• Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting)


• Support mobility and transfers within the facility


• Help with medication administration (training provided)


• Engage residents in meaningful activities and conversation


• Light housekeeping and meal assistance


• Monitor and report changes in condition to leadership team


• Respond quickly and calmly in emergency situations

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 6 months of caregiving experience (in Assisted Living/Memory Care preferred)


• CNA Certification preferred, but not required


• Ability to pass medications (we'll train you!)


• CPR/First Aid knowledge preferred


• Must be at least 18 years old


• A team player with excellent communication, empathy, and reliability


• AM Shift (6AM-2PM) Availability

All shifts (PT & FT) must be available to work every other weekend
