Job summary

Suite Living Senior Care in Shakopee, MN, seeks caring caregivers to support seniors in assisted living and memory care. Join a compassionate team providing dedicated daily care in intimate communities. Weekend and night shifts available; training provided.

Ideal candidates have 6+ months caregiving experience, CPR/First Aid knowledge preferred, and a heart for seniors. We value kindness, reliability, and teamwork in a supportive leadership environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months caregiving experience (Assisted Living/Memory Care preferred).
• CNA certification preferred, but not required.
• Ability to pass medications (training provided).
• CPR/First Aid knowledge preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting).
• Support mobility and transfers within the facility.
• Help with medication administration (training provided).
• Engage residents in meaningful activities and conversation.
• Light housekeeping and meal assistance.
• Monitor and report changes in condition to leadership.
• Respond quickly and calmly in emergency situations.

About the Role:

We are looking for Caregivers (CNA, HHA, PCA, RA, or NAR) who are passionate about helping others and thrive in a person-centered care environment. Whether you're experienced or newly certified, if you have a heart for seniors, we want to meet you!

You'll work directly with our residents to provide personalized care and support that makes every day a little brighter.

What You'll Do:

• NOC Shift (10PM-6AM) Every other Weekend Availability

All shifts (PT & FT) must be available to work every other weekend
