Job summary

Suite Living Senior Care in Forest Lake, MN is seeking caring caregivers (CNA, HHA, PCA, RA, or NAR) to join our compassionate team serving seniors in assisted living and memory care.

You'll provide daily living assistance, mobility support, medication help (training provided), meaningful activities, light housekeeping, and timely condition reporting. Four-day onboarding and ongoing leadership support are provided.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months caregiving experience (in Assisted Living/Memory Care preferred).
• CNA Certification preferred, but not required.
• Ability to pass medications (training provided).
• CPR/First Aid knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting)
• Support mobility and transfers within the facility
• Help with medication administration (training provided)
• Engage residents in meaningful activities and conversation
• Light housekeeping and meal assistance
• Monitor and report changes in condition to leadership team
• Respond quickly and calmly in emergency situations

About the Role:

You'll work directly with our residents to provide personalized care and support that makes every day a little brighter.

• A team player with excellent communication, empathy, and reliability

• NOC Shift (10PM-6AM) Availability.

All shifts (PT & FT) must be available to work every other weekend
