Frontier Senior Living in Tyler, TX, seeks an outstanding Caregiver for the Oak Hills Terrace Memory Care community. PRN with potential to convert to Full-Time after 30 days, with shifts 6AM-2PM, 2PM-10PM, and 10PM-6AM.

Responsibilities include assisting with resident care, dining, activities, and reporting changes to supervisors, while maintaining confidentiality and resident dignity. The team emphasizes quality care and respectful collaboration.

Qualifications

• Requires proficiency in English for communication with residents, families and team members.
• Willingness to participate in mandatory in-services and training.
• Previous experience with elderly care is preferred but not required; training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Assist with all resident care needs with kindness and dignity.
• Maintain confidentiality of resident and staff information.
• Notify supervisor of changes in resident condition.
• Assist in dining room during meals and serve residents.
• Help residents attend scheduled activities and appointments.
• Report vital signs and changes to the appropriate care staff.
• Assist with lifting up to 40 pounds; uphold safety standards.
