Job summary

We Care Senior Care/Home Instead is hiring a Lead Caregiver in Neenah, WI to provide high-quality care, supervise other caregivers, and act as a liaison between clients, families, and the office.

This 40-hour-per-week role includes every other weekend, with benefits such as health, dental, vision, paid time off, training, mileage reimbursement, and a 401(k) match. Join a supportive team that values compassionate, client-centered care.

Qualifications

• Previous caregiving experience is required; leadership experience preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively with clients, families, and team members.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a point of contact for clients, families, and the office team to address concerns or changes in care.
• Assist with coverage for client shifts.
