Job summary

Guardian Angel Senior Services, Inc. is seeking compassionate caregivers to provide in-home care for seniors in Lanesborough, MA and surrounding communities. The role includes PCA/HHA/CNA duties with flexible scheduling and opportunities for day, evening, overnight, and weekend shifts.

We offer competitive pay ranging from $18.00 to $20.00 per hour, plus benefits and a $250 sign-on bonus after 90 days. A valid HHA/CNA is welcome, and transportation reliability is important.

Qualifications

• Experience as PCA, HHA, CNA, or Homemaker welcomed.
• Must communicate clearly in English.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Willing to work at least 20 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Assist with bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and personal care.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Prepare meals based on client preferences and dietary needs.
• Assist with light housekeeping and laundry.
• Run essential errands when needed.
• Provide medication reminders.
• Observe clients and report changes to supervisor.
• Maintain a safe and comfortable home for clients.
