Job summary

Guardian Angel Senior Services is hiring compassionate, dependable caregivers to provide in-home care to seniors throughout Hatfield, MA and surrounding communities. Positions include PCA, HHA, CNA, and Homemaker with flexible scheduling and 8–12 hour shifts.

Earn $18.00 to $20.00 per hour, based on experience and certifications, plus a $250 sign-on bonus after 90 days. We offer Free training, 401(k), health insurance, and a dedicated office team to support you every day.

Responsibilities

• Running essential errands and grocery shopping
• Providing medication reminders
• Observing clients and reporting changes to the appropriate supervisor
• Helping clients maintain a safe and comfortable home
• Providing respectful, dependable, and compassionate care

As an in-home caregiver, you will help older adults remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes. Every shift gives you the opportunity to provide companionship, encouragement, dignity, and peace of mind.
