Job summary

Guardian Angel Senior Services, Inc. is hiring compassionate caregivers to provide in-home care to seniors in Rowe, MA and surrounding communities. You will assist with daily living activities, offer companionship, and help clients stay safe and independent at home.

New to caregiving? Free training is provided. Flexible scheduling and multiple shift options, including day and overnight, help you balance life and work while earning $18.00 to $20.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• Compassionate, patient, and dependable caregivers.
• Ability to communicate clearly in English.
• Reliable transportation is required.
• Experience welcome but not required with free training offered.

Responsibilities

• Assist with bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and personal care.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Prepare meals according to client needs and preferences.
• Light housekeeping and laundry.
• Run essential errands and provide medication reminders.
• Observe client changes and report to supervisor.
• Maintain a safe, respectful, and comfortable home.

Pay is based on experience, skills, certifications, and qualifications.

$250 SIGN ON BONUS

Qualified new caregivers can earn a $250 sign on bonus after completing their first 90 days.

To qualify, you must:

Work at least 20 hours per week

Have no unexcused absences during your first 90 days

As an in home caregiver, you will help older adults remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes.

Your support can provide companionship, dignity, encouragement, and peace of mind to clients and their families.

Your responsibilities may include:

• Assisting with bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and personal care
• Providing companionship, conversation, and emotional encouragement
• Preparing meals based on client preferences and dietary needs
• Helping with light housekeeping and laundry
• Running essential errands when needed
• Providing medication reminders
• Observing clients and reporting changes to the appropriate supervisor
• Helping clients maintain a safe and comfortable home
• Providing respectful, dependable, and compassionate care
