Guardian Angel Senior Services, Inc. is actively hiring caregivers to provide in-home care to seniors in Westfield, MA and surrounding communities. Roles include PCA, HHA, CNA, and Homemaker, with opportunities to begin or advance a rewarding caregiving career.

We offer flexible scheduling, 8- to 12-hour shifts, day and overnight options, and a $18.00 to $20.00 per hour pay range depending on experience and qualifications. A $250 sign-on bonus is available after 90 days with minimum requirements.

• Experience as PCA, HHA, CNA, or Homemaker is welcome.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and personal care.
• Providing companionship, conversation, and emotional support.
• Preparing meals based on client preferences and dietary needs.
• Helping with light housekeeping and laundry.
• Running essential errands and grocery shopping.
• Providing medication reminders.
• Observing clients and reporting changes to the appropriate supervisor.
• Helping clients maintain a safe and comfortable home.
• Providing respectful, dependable, and compassionate care.
