Job summary

Home Instead is hiring caregivers to provide companionship and in-home care for seniors in the Pittsburgh area. The role requires a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation, plus a willingness to work with multiple clients across flexible schedules.

Earn $15.00–$16.00 per hour with a $1/hour weekend differential, potential up to $18.00/hr after 8 weeks, and weekly pay. Benefits include health, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) match, paid holidays and sick leave, and ongoing

• Build meaningful relationships with seniors through companionship and care.
• Assist with meals, light housekeeping, and errands.
• Help with personal care such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Support clients in maintaining independence and dignity.

Whether you’re experienced or brand new to professional home care, our team is here to help you every step of the way. You’ll be driving to client’s homes in the greater Pittsburgh area, so a valid driver’s license and a dependable vehicle are required.

Pay & Benefits

• $15.00–$16.00/hr, plus $1/hr for weekend visits**
• Opportunity to earn up to $18.00/hr after your first 8 weeks***
• Weekly pay with direct deposit

*must be in good standing and worked a minimum of 16 visits in first 45 days

**Weekend visits start between Saturday 12:01AM and Sunday 11:59PM

***To be considered for the wage increase, you must meet Honor's requirements as a driver (valid U.S. drivers' license and clean driving record), have more than 6 months of paid/professional caregiving experience, work 20 visits in your first 8 weeks of employment, and remain in good standing with Honor. The $18.00 is for select regions and applies to weekend shifts with high transfer clients
