Job summary

Home Instead is hiring caregivers to support seniors in the greater Pittsburgh area. You’ll drive to client homes, so a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required. Be part of a team that provides care, companionship, and daily assistance in clients’ homes.

Starting pay ranges from $15.00 to $16.00 per hour, with an additional $1 per hour for weekend visits. There is potential to earn up to $18 per hour after the first 8 weeks, plus benefits and paid training.

• Build meaningful relationships with seniors through companionship and care.
• Assist with meals, light housekeeping, and errands.

Pay & Benefits

• $15.00–$16.00/hr, plus $1/hr for weekend visits**
• Opportunity to earn up to $18.00/hr after your first 8 weeks***

**Weekend visits start between Saturday 12:01AM and Sunday 11:59PM

***To be considered for the wage increase, you must meet Honor's requirements as a driver (valid U.S. drivers' license and clean driving record), have more than 6 months of paid/professional caregiving experience, work 20 visits in your first 8 weeks of employment, and remain in good standing with Honor. The $18.00 is for select regions and applies to weekend shifts with high transfer clients

Requirements
