Job summary

HomeWell Care Services, Inc. is seeking compassionate caregivers to provide non-medical in-home support, one-on-one with clients, helping seniors age in place with empathy and integrity.

Responsibilities include companionship, daily living assistance, and transportation. The role offers flexible full- or part-time options, referral bonuses, and a fast-hire process to welcome dedicated caregivers into a supportive team.

Qualifications

• No healthcare certification required, but CNA/HHA preferred.
• Experience with dementia/Alzheimer's care a plus.
• Daily access to email, the Internet, and a mobile phone.
• Must be able to travel 15 miles for scheduled shifts.
• Pass a background check (national and state as required).
• Must be physically able to lift, push and pull about 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Provide social companionship to clients.
• Assist with daily living tasks such as feeding, bathing, dressing, grooming, light housekeeping and meal prep.
• Transport clients to appointments, errands and social outings.
• Standby assistance with transfers and overnight safety.

Responsibilities

With dignity, compassion, and care, your duties include, but are not limited to:

• Social companionship
• Support with a variety of daily living tasks such as feeding and medication reminders, bathing/dressing and personal hygiene, grooming, toileting, dressing, light housekeeping, light cleaning, laundry and cooking/meal preparation
• Transportation to appointments, errands and social outings
• Standby assistance with transfers
• Overnight safety assistance

Qualifications

• No healthcare certification is required, but CNA, HHA, or 6 months plus caring for geriatric, chronically ill, or disabled persons preferred
• Experience with Dementia and Alzheimer's care a plus
• Daily access to email, the Internet, and a mobile phone
• Pass a criminal background check (national and any required by the state)
• Proof of current, negative, tuberculosis (TB) test
• Must be physically able to perform the duties of this position, including the ability to lift, push and pull approximately 25lbs.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation in addition to proof of valid driver's license and valid automobile insurance
• Ability to travel 15 miles for any scheduled shifts
