Job summary

Always Best Care is hiring compassionate caregivers to provide one-on-one care for seniors in their own homes in South King County. We offer full-time and flexible part-time hours, with a supportive team that values your work and growth opportunities.

You will help clients stay safe, comfortable, and independent at home, with paid orientation, training, and ongoing education. Weekly pay and a competitive benefits package are part of the role.

Qualifications

• Active Washington State CNA or HCA certification.
• Valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and current auto insurance.
• Ability to provide hands-on personal care.
• Comfortable working in homes with pets and occasional smoke exposure.

Responsibilities

• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.
• Provide companionship and meaningful conversation.
• Prepare meals and assist with light housekeeping.
• Offer medication reminders.
• Help with grocery shopping and transportation to appointments.
• Observe changes in clients and communicate concerns to the care team.
• Follow individualized care plans while providing respectful, compassionate care.
