Always Best Care is hiring compassionate HCAs and CNAs to join our home care team serving West Seattle, South Seattle, Burien, Tukwila, Renton, and surrounding areas. Earn $23-$25 per hour based on experience and certifications while enjoying daytime schedules in a supportive, team-oriented environment.

We provide non-medical in-home care, companionship, personal care assistance, meal prep, and help with daily routines.

Qualifications

• CNA or HCA certification required.
• Valid driver’s license and insured vehicle.
• One year or more experience supporting older adults.
• Must be 18 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.

Who We're Looking For:

• A valid driver’s license, an insured vehicle, and a willingness to drive clients
• CNA or HCA certification required
• Prefer a high school degree or GED
• One year or more of experience supporting older adults
• Must be 18 years or older
• Must be available for Day Shift and Short Shifts
• Clear background check and drug test
• Comfortable working around pets (dogs and cats)
