Always Best Care is hiring HCAs and CNAs to join our home care team serving West Seattle, South Seattle, Burien, Tukwila, Renton, and surrounding areas. Earn $23–$25 per hour, based on your experience and certifications, with daytime schedules and a positive, team-oriented work environment.

Qualifications

• Must have CNA or HCA certification.
• One year or more of experience supporting older adults.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and insured vehicle; willingness to drive clients.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.

• Provide companionship, compassion, and emotional support to clients.
• Assist with personal care, meal preparation, daily routines, and other essential activities.
• Help create a safe, comfortable home environment for clients.
• Accompany clients to appointments, errands, and community activities.

Who We're Looking For:

• A valid driver’s license, an insured vehicle, and a willingness to drive clients
• CNA or HCA certification required
• Prefer a high school degree or GED
• One year or more of experience supporting older adults
• Must be 18 years or older
• Must be available for Day Shift and Short Shifts
• Clear background check and drug test
• Comfortable working around pets (dogs and cats)
